We are committed to helping each of our members maximize the value of their energy dollar. That's why Choptank Electric is proud to offer a Key Accounts Management Program to its larger commercial, industrial and agri-business members.
Members work with a personal and dedicated key accounts manager, Debbie Rementer, who assists businesses within our service territory with their energy needs and concerns. Debbie acts as a personal liaison between the business member and Choptank Electric, and works to help the business optimize its energy usage. She proactively seeks ways to connect with, and better serve, our business members. This can include energy usage assessments, billing analysis, rate reviews, recommendations for on-site energy audits, and suggestions for improving energy efficiency and lowering energy costs.
This ongoing communications effort demonstrates the advantage of being a member of Choptank Electric Cooperative. Partnering with our members and building solid, long-lasting relationships for now and in the future is the main goal of the Key Accounts Program.
